PATRICK D. MCGRAIL

Senior Executive Trainer

Patrick’s management and leadership career spans more than 30 years across roles in business, non-profit and military organizations. He has served at executive levels in the information management, business services and financial services industries including as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Director of Client Services. His diverse military assignments have included Infantry Battalion Commander, Senior Officer Candidate School Instructor, Joint Strategic Planner, and Company Commander during Operation Iraqi Freedom, for which, he was awarded the Bronze Star.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Memphis. He earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Masters Degree in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College. A life-long learner, he is a recent graduate of United States Army’s Command and General Staff College and the Army's Advanced Operations Course.
